De-bone a South Dakota pheasant. Remove all sinews and any stray pellets. Slice into tender-sized pieces.

The Return of the Science Experiment
Not too long ago I found myself thumping melons and squeezing fruit in the produce department at Metcalf's Sentry. This guy maneuvers around me with his cart. We make eye contact. He stops, turns to me and says-

Obama Field
My friend, and fellow Community Voice, Christine McLaughlin has raised the issue of the mayor seeking corporate sponsorship (in exchange for naming rights) so as to assist the city in underwriting the costs of the Hart Park athletic fields project.
I have no problem with the sale of naming rights. Presuming it is done correctly and the Mayor extracts a sufficient amount of tribute from an appropriate corporate entity.
