Is all well?

Hope 2009 is treating you well!

If you are currently unemployed, hope you find work soon!

If you are currently unemployed, don't get depressed, network with friends and past co-workers to see if they know of any openings that you might be a qualified candidate. Have them recommend for that position.

If you are currently unemployed,  be careful writing anything on the internet, just like you can google a company and find out about an prospective employer, a company that might be considering you for employment is most likely googling you and finding everything about you.  It is not limited to only your application, your interview, or your references anymore.

If you are currently unemployed,  have your resume stand out (a company will receive hundreds of resumes for a posted opening) make them want to interview you.  Hand deliver your resume or call and find out the HR persons name and email address and email your resume directly.  This may take a little longer but your odds go way up on being interviewed.  By taking this approach, you stand out of the crowd and show your determination and creativity to a prospective employer. You are on the road to showing you can and will be a good employee

If you are currently unemployed, do not just search the internet for openings. Get out and cold call on companies you are interested in and ask to talk to an HR person. Visit temp agencies and see what they have open and work a temp job for a little while

Hope this helps.

That is just "MY TWO CENTS"
