Lunching with Bob Woodward
When I brag about Wauwatosa (which is fairly often) to out-of-state friends and family, I usually mention how it's a charming small town next to a big city that offers lots of big-city amenities. Well, next month, Wauwatosa is going to outshine Milwaukee with a big-time event: The Wauwatosa Public Library Foundation is hosting a leadership lunch with noted journalist and author Bob Woodward.
Yes, you can have lunch with that Bob Woodward, the one who won a Pulitzer Prize for his investigative reporting of the Watergate scandal and more awards for his coverage of the 9-11 attacks. He's also written 15 books, all of which have been best sellers. The last four have been about the Bush 43 administration.
